Homemade: Taco Bell Cheesy Gordita Crunch

This was a BLAST



1/2 cup Sour Cream

1/4 cup Mayonaise

1 tbs Diced jalapenos

1/2 tsp Paprica / chili powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tbs Garlic powder

3 dashes Cayenne Pepper

1/2 tbs Distilled white vinegar

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Sugar


Ground Meat / Meat substitute

Taco Seasoning

Shredded Lettuce

Mexican cheese

hard shell tacos

Soft shell tacos / flat bread


Spicy Ranch: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl then either whisk or use a food processor to blend.  Put spicy ranch in fridge until the end

Taco:  Cook ground meat in a skillet.  Then create taco with ground meat, shredded lettuce, cheese, spicy ranch and pico de gallo.

Take soft shell taco / flat bread and cover with shredded cheese.  Microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.

While cheese is melted, place taco in the center of soft shell.  The cheese should be so melty that it sticks to the side of the hard shell taco.
